00pm Responsibilities and Duties Order supplies Filing Verifying dates for estimates Managing the customer service e-mail inbox Managing Certificate of Insurances Pulling invoices Taking calls from customers Sending out online orders to be booked Qualifications and Skills Ability to work computer programs including; Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.
Great work ethic with an independent nature of self-accountability.
(Preferred) Ability to sit for long periods of time Pass drug screen and background check.
