? Learn the sales process by completing a rotation through sales and operations positions.
? Learn the electrical distribution industry and sales skills from professionals that each have 10-25 years of experience.
? Update job and industry knowledge by maintaining personal networks, participating in sales and marketing organizations, and reading sales and marketing publications.
