Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Management of day to day operations of the GRACE Resale Store; Coordinate with Donation Station regarding inventory and delivery schedule; stock, rotate, maintain, and display inventory for the store; Trains and delegates work assignments to match the responsibility of individuals; Schedule staff and ensure coverage is continued in manager's absence; Ensures maintenance of the store, equipment, and supplies; Manages difficult or emotional customer situations and responds promptly to customer needs; Provides direction/supervision to cashiers and sales associates as requested; Schedules and trains volunteers; Ensures bank deposits and change bags are delivered/picked up on daily basis; Minimum
Qualifications:
Associate's Degree preferred, high school diploma/GED required; equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted with minimum of six months related experience; Previous retail and/or nonprofit experience preferred; Have basic mathematical skills (calculate figures and amounts such as discounts); Previous supervisory experience a plus! Requires the ability to lift between 50-75 lbs.
, and stand for extended periods of time; Must be able to work some weekends and late hours as needed; Salary Range:
40,000 to $42,000 per year This is not a telecommute or work from home position.
