They monitor store activity and ensure it is properly provisioned and staffed.
Park Managers are the initial contact between guests and Kids Empire.
They are responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, resolving complaints, and addressing any questions or comments that guests may have while present at Kids Empire.
ESSENTIaL JOB FUNCTIONS Hiring, training, motivating and coaching employees as they provide attentive, efficient service to customers, assessing employee performance, and providing helpful feedback and training opportunities Attending guests as quickly as possible, greeting them accordingly, and making them feel comfortable in the ambiance of the amusement park Trains Supervisor and Team Members to perform the key element of their job duties Prepares employees' schedules Ensuring staff members follow company policies and procedures Open and close the park, managing the alarm system, including setting and disarming Operates the check-in process by having guests sign the liability waiver Cashier responsibilities; receiving payments and keeping track of all cash and credittransactions Checks snack inventory is sufficient and orders snacks from specified vendors to replenish stock Walks the floor regularly to monitor if there are no unsafe hazards present and if guests are following the park attendance rules, regulations, and guidelines.
Clean restrooms and sanitize all park (ie tables, chairs, playground structures) Schedule and coordinate family events and ensure that events operate efficiently Must be able to tolerate a fast-paced work environment during peak hours Must be able to maneuver in small play areas Reports directly to the District Manager REQUIREMENTS Work weekends and holidays (Mandatory) Must have open availability (Mandatory) Ability to maintain an upbeat positive attitude in a fast-paced environment Operate an iPad, a laptop Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflictresolution skills.
Commitment to providing exceptional service to customers and support to staff members Read and write in English Bachelor's degree in business, management, or minimum related experience of 5+yearsPHYSICaL DEMaNDS Stand, walk, bend, and twist constantly.
Frequent bilateral hand movements.
Must be able to lift 25lbs Good finger dexterity.
Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
