Exempt Job Objectives:
Develops and implements inspection policies and procedures, and a schedule of routine inspections.
Develops health and safety procedures for all area of the company.
Prepares and schedules training to cover emergency procedures, workplace safety, and other relevant topics.
Monitors compliance with safety procedures and reporting.
Provide high-level environmental response and safety protocols that protect our associates, our customers, and the public.

Essential Job Functions:
Promote safety as a core value of the company.
Assist in training of driver and staff employees, as necessary.
Assist in Corporate Auditing Functions.
Facility HSSE audits Responsible Care audits Spill response equipment audits Work to secure EPA Smartway.
Develop and implement HAZWOPER training programs.
Perform Incident Management duties, post incident for service failures requiring mediation.
Prepare daily reports on large incidents and submit to Vice President of Legal Services.
Communicate with Federal and State Environmental agencies on remediation efforts as required.
Schedule and Conduct Emergency Response Drills.
Emergency in-transit drills CSC level fire or security drills Respond to emergency events on behalf of UPT.
Work with VP for Legal Services on equipment and manpower needed for remediation.
Develop and oversee the implementation of processes to respond to environmental accidents.
Oversee on-site remediation of contaminated areas.
Work with Emergency Remediation Services on scope of work and supervise the same.
Review invoices submitted by third-party vendors for remediation services provided to UPT.
Submit necessary reports to Federal and/or State environmental agencies, on behalf of UPT, concerning remediation efforts.
Collect and test soil samples.
Support Regional Safety Managers in performance of their duties.
Assist the Vice President of Legal Services on development and implementation of HSSE programs.
Additional
Responsibilities:
Carries out duties assigned by Vice President of Legal Services as required.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications for Consideration:
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Safety, Occupational Safety and Health, or related field.
Five years of related experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Extensive knowledge of environmental regulations and policies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in technology and equipment used in environmental inspections.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Physical Requirements:
Physically able to conduct inspections and carry equipment used for inspections.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
Occasional lifting (up to 20 pounds).
Working Conditions:
Normal office environment.
Up to 50% travel.
Recommended Skills Analytical Attention To Detail Auditing Communication Coordinating Drilling Operations Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
