We're searching for a highly motivated Business Development Consultant to extend our local reach through relationship building and discovery of new and untapped business opportunities.
Dalworth Restoration is the trusted company to clean up a home or any structure after damage from water, fire, smoke, and other contaminations.
Our ideal candidate will have the drive to dive right in and help expand our referral network.
Highly personable and has the desire to grow their portfolio.
You'll be cultivating relationships with a variety of vertical markets such as insurance agencies, property and facility managers, plumbing contractors, etc.
Experience in these markets is helpful but not required.
Objectives of this role Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers Present and communicate a proposed plan of action to solve customer needs Manage existing accounts and develop long-term relationships Respond to a high level of training, coaching, and support designed to help you succeed Utilize our CRM system to help you manage your business as well as understand data to get the maximum results Actively participate in local organizations and networking opportunities that support business development Implement a high level of organization and be able to follow a specific sales process Skills and Qualifications Minimum of two years of successful sales experience (preferably Property Management or an equivalent field) Successful track record in B2B sales Proven ability to plan and manage resources and time Experience with CRM software (preferred but not required) Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills This career opportunity offers a base salary plus generous commissions with significant growth potential and a full benefits package.
