Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesDISH Wireless is looking for a Business Continuity Manager with the ability to collaborate on and ensure markets, vendors and national teams are prepared for large scale network restoration of our 5G network.
The Business Continuity Manager will need to work with Regional Field Operations, NOCoE, Supply Chain, National Construction Management, Safety and National Engineering teams on standing up new or continuous improvement of existing processes.
The Business Continuity Analyst will have strong knowledge of the NIMS structure and take the lead on preparing our network teams for Disaster Recovery.
In this role, you will:
Provide actionable training and preparation steps to markets.
Partner with Operational Performance Improvement and applicable stakeholders to define and document DISH Wireless Business Continuity strategy, processes and procedures Host after action reviews after every event; document results and areas of improvement to be presented to leadership.
Support and advise Incident Commanders during large scale events.
Communicate status and issues at various levels of the organization in a clear and concise manner.
Host preparation calls with markets and support organizations when time permits prior to events Define communication policies Incident Commanders and Section Chiefs will utilize during events Work with the Safety team to identify policies required during an event.
Partner with Finance as needed to review event costs and areas of improvement Work with local markets to ensure generator fueling and maintenance is performed prior to high risk seasons.
Work with local markets and facilities to ensure COW maintenance is performed in the needed intervals.
#LI-SH6 Skills, Experience and RequirementsAs a successful Business Continuity Manager, you will have:

years Wireless Network Operations experience; especially in wireless infrastructure and large scale programs 5
years in progressively broader roles, leading multiple groups, departments, and teams 3
years experience utilizing NEMS Structure in a leadership role The ability to thrive in a start-up environment with significant ambiguity and challenging problems inherent in building a greenfield, stand-alone 5G network.
Executive presence with strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills Bachelor's Degree preferred Salary Range Compensation:
$87,500.
00/Year - $125,000.

The base pay range shown is a guideline.
Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
Candidates need to successfully complete a pre-employment screen, which may include a drug test and DMV check.
