Required Skills and
Experience:
Demonstrate ability to multi-task and meet various deadlines.
Experience with renovation of apartments a plus Knowledge of Resman a plus.
Exceptional communication skills.
Ability to solve problems involving residents, personnel, finances, repairs, and emergency situations.
