Responsibilities:
Groundskeeper/Maintenance Assistant - Larq Henderson Apartment Homes (a premier class A 321-unit mid-rise community located near the Knox-Henderson and Lower Greenville neighborhoods) - Dallas, TX We are proud to have been voted by our employees in the top 55 companies to work for by The Dallas Morning News!As a key member of our property maintenance team, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring your property maintains exceptional curb appeal by keeping the grounds and buildings clean and properly maintainedAssisting in lawn and landscape maintenance including repair/adjustment of sprinklersRemoving snow from walkwaysAssisting maintenance team members with apartment make-readies including painting and touch-upDelivering superior customer service and exemplifying professionalism at all times
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent1
