- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care - Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs - Supervise children during playtime, meals, and naptime - Assist with personal hygiene tasks, such as diapering and potty training - Monitor children's behavior and address any disciplinary issues - Communicate with parents about their child's daily activities and progress - Maintain a clean and organized childcare space
Experience:
- No experience needed, will provide on the job training.
Previous experience in nannying or childcare roles is a plus.
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques - Knowledge of special education practices is a plus - Experience working with students of different ages and abilities - First aid and CPR certification preferred-Employer will arrange - Ability to manage challenging behaviors effectively - Understanding of toddler care and early childhood education principles - Knowledge of preschool curriculum and developmentally appropriate practices If you are passionate about working with children and creating a positive learning environment, we would love to hear from you.
