We specialize in the development of customized repair solutions for high-value aerospace parts.
Our business is currently growing fast, and we are looking for a Shipping & Receiving - Customer Service Admin to help us in our day-to-day operations! Job Description As the Shipping-Receiving Customer Service Admin, you will assist our team with processing incoming repair orders, routing parts to the shop for repair, and readying and shipping outgoing parts.
You will also assist in some customer support and purchasing roles.
FAA documentation is critical when shipping or receiving at ACP, so you will need to be able to find and understand the documentation needed to ship or receive the parts.
Core Responsibilities - Includes but is not limited to:
Receiving:
Receive incoming shipments and deliver parts to the corresponding department.
Process Repair Orders from customers making sure all incoming paperwork and information is correct.
Create ACP shop Work Orders in our ERP software Quantum Control Shipping:
Package and prepare items for shipment.
Verify all outgoing paperwork is correct including invoices, packing slips, and FAA forms.
Purchasing and Inventory:
Receive piece parts in inventory management software and put them into inventory.
Some Sales Support:
Answering phone, taking messages, and directing calls to appropriate personnel.
Occasionally Assist clients and other visitors.
Contact customers to correct orders or provide missing information.
Scan documents.
Keep physical and digital filing systems maintained and organized.
Any other duties as assigned.
Experience and Skills Excellent communications skills required! Concise communication and follow-up skills are necessary.
Punctual, reliable, and works well with team members.
Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills required.
Experience in shipping/receiving and purchasing preferred.
Familiarity with commercial aerospace parts, condition, and paperwork a huge plus! Valid driver's license.
Education High school diploma or GED is required.
Some college is preferred.
Computer savvy is a must! Compensation &

FT Hourly position ($21 - $24/hour) commensurate with experience, skill level or certifications.
