We are currently seeking a Route Collector to go to the locations and provide the best customer service experience possible while maintaining the arcade games in great operational condition along with collecting any cash and coins.
Job Requirements:
Provide excellent customer service to ensure a long-lasting happy customer.
Interact with establishment owners and patrons in a professional manner.
Operate a Company vehicle in a safe manner.
Perform a routine maintenance check on vehicle to ensure it is in good working order.
Light diagnostics and basic maintenance on our game systems including coin machines, skilled games, kiosk machines, juke boxes.
Must have experience with mechanical and electrical components.
Refill bounce toys, plushies, squish toys, kiosk cards as needed.
Clean and disinfect games to make sure they are presentable for customers.
Must have experience with power and hand tools.
Must have cash handling experience.
Needs to be able to count currency quickly and accurately.
Must have basic math skills, addition, subtraction, percentages.
Participate in new installations of equipment as needed.
May collect or refill product as needed.
Work well independently and in a team environment.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Follow all safety rules.
Must be able to use a laptop and send emails.
Excellent punctuation a must! Must have a Clean Driving Record and be at least 21 years old.
Must pass a criminal background check! Onesource Amusements is a family-owned Arcade Business that provides the best in coin-operated video gaming in all of the state of Texas since 2008 and we are growing! Over the past few years, we have expanded our business and are now located all over the nation providing state of the art equipment to our Entertainment Facilities that includes Sports Bars, Bowling Centers, Skating Rinks, Restaurants and more.
