The Role:
Reviewing new hire paperwork
Entering new hire information into the system
Getting payroll set up for new hires
Balance Payroll with Paychecks
Responsible for helping maintain payroll for 300+ employees
Background Profile:
Associates degree or equivalent experience
5+ Years' experience in Payroll Administration
Minimum 1 year experience with Sage 300 or Sage Timberline ERP Software
Intermediate level Microsoft Excel experience

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
